User also agree that no direct financial transaction shall be done with the mentor/s chosen and all due payments shall be routed through the service provider i.e. BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Payments are done on per session basis and in case due to any reasons beyond the control of mentor/s or service provider, if the mentor/s fails to complete sessions for which fee has already been paid; either the mentor is required to complete the sessions committed (which may be deferred maximum by a week), failing which the service provider shall refund the amount paid by student/guardian/parents and the mentor/s concerned shall forfeit all his rights in the payments/security deposit unless due notice for termination of agreement is given as stated hereinbefore. 

Direct canvassing or solicitation from the students/guardians/parents shall be considered a misconduct and the mentor/s may forfeit his dues and security deposit in case such an incident is reported to the service provider and information from the student/guardian/parent himself shall be considered true and binding.

Conduct

Conduct of the mentor at all times is required to be and is sought to be in the highest degree of morality and should be decent at all times while in course of fulfilling task and/or in the course of interaction with the students, guardian, parents and staff of the service provider or fellow mentors for the Service provider and for every action and consequences thereby the mentor is himself/herself responsible. Mentor/s shall him/herself be responsible for any misconduct of any nature on his part as a mentor servicing through service provider or in his/her personal capacity. Mentor hereby takes complete responsibility of personal actions and/or misconduct which might hurt the reputation of the service provider entity. Service provider does not commit itself to any legal/defence services for personal misconduct of the mentor/s. The service provider shall not be liable for any type of misconduct on the part of mentor/s.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure accurate pricing of the products featured on our website. In the event a service is ordered and the listed price has changed, you will be notified prior to our processing your order. Purchase “as is.”

The contract is subject to change/termination at the behest of either of the two parties (Mentor or the Service Provider) after a prior notice of a minimum of 15 days and maximum of 30 days notice and acceptance of which is necessary, The service provider, if it deems necessary, may insist on security deposit from the registered mentors based on fee bill of each mentor and such deposit is subject to refund at the time of termination of agreement/contract.

Results

Mentor/s chosen or the service provider do not guarantee any turnaround or results and are not liable for any adverse results.  The service provider shall not be liable for any type of misconduct on the part of mentor/s.  The service provider only facilitates selection of mentors based on their credentials & academic records from a pool / panel of mentors available with the service provider through a screening process which may be conducted online or offline.  Periodical review of the mentors on the panel of service provider shall be shared with all registered students / mentors and may be viewed online to registered students only.

 

Password

Please note that the password generated by you for accessing the Website should not be shared by you with anyone else at any time. Please also note that especially with regard to the products purchased by you, the same have been licensed to you by BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED for your own use only and you cannot share your password with others or allow others to use the paid courses. This will be a gross violation of the license terms governing the paid products.

  5. This service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority as applicable from time to time.
  6. The SMS or its contents once sent for availing the SMS services shall be treated as final and the same cannot be withdrawn, changed, or retrieved subsequently under any circumstances.
  7. WAP Services enable you to access our Services and to submit and/or receive Content through your wireless Device. Your access to our WAP Services may be dependent on the wireless device you use to access the applicable WAP services.
  8. Subscription Services provide you with access to certain Content for a selected period of time, which will be as indicated and chosen by you prior to purchase. The frequency with which you will receive the relevant Content will be notified to you at the time you subscribe to the service.

From time to time, BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED may include additional features and services.
  11. BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify/delete the account contents at its own discretion without prior notice if the contents of the profile are deemed unfit for broadcast.
  12. The subscriber must maintain such minimum balance in his/her prepaid account as is specified by BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED for availing the particular option offered under these services. All incidental costs/taxes/levies, if any, related to the VAS shall be entirely borne by the customer.
  13. The users specifically note and agree that the content and service or part thereof may be varied, added, withdrawn, withheld, or suspended by BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED at its sole discretion without prior notice to the users.
  14. BASKNJOY EDUNET SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any costs, loss, or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of the user using the Service.
  15. No reversal of deducted charges shall be allowed under any circumstances.
